At Mrs. Fitness, I specialize in helping women build real strength while moving with purpose. My training style blends personal training, weight training, and Pilates using my signature 30:15 method—30 minutes of strength training followed by 15 minutes of Pilates-based movement.
This approach allows you to lift weights with confidence while also improving posture, mobility, core strength, and overall movement quality. By combining traditional strength training with Pilates principles, we create a body that is not only stronger, but more balanced, supported, and connected from the inside out.
As a certified personal trainer and certified Pilates instructor, I bring years of hands-on experience training women of all fitness levels. My goal is to guide you safely, challenge you intentionally, and create a space where every woman feels welcomed, capable, and supported.
